The Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center

We love to highlight what other great institutions are doing, and this is definitely one of them!  The Smithsonian Asian Pacific Center is a great source for Asian American stories.  You can check out their live webcast now with Joe Bataan, the king of Afro-Filipino Latin Soul!  Or, if you can’t watch that right now, you can head over to their Indian American Story Blog for the Smithsonian Indian American Heritage Project.  Are you into Asian American literature?  Check out Bookdragon.  There’s also a chance for you to participate, too.  In the May Project, a joint collaboration with the Smithsonian Asian Pacific Center and the Smithsonian Latino Center, you can submit your own personal photos, stories, and videos.

Happy Browsing!
